We offer up to 4 days of training a week. Our recommendation is for at least two practices a week to get the most out of your training. We will work on overall track fitness, technical running and block work for sprinters. Hurdlers will learn a routine of hurdle drills and queues to aid them throughout the school year. Jumpers will be able to work on jump technique, speed and proper runway mechanics.

The training plans are flexible and your selection does not have to be permanent for the entire summer. We understand that families go on vacation and the the athletes are kids and wish to enjoy their summer. We just ask that you make a regular commitment in order to see the improvements that you are looking for. Attending 1 or 2 sessions all summer will not have the effect of growing the proper habits to improve in this sport.

The training days are Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-6:15pm @ Curtis Corner Middle School, 301 Curtis Corner Rd, Wakefield, RI 02879. Practices will occasionally be at North Kingstown HS depending on fall sport scrimmages and practices during the summer.

Referral
If you refer an athlete that joins for a minimum of 4 sessions, or 1 weekly plan, you will receive a $100 discount on your summer training (Per Referral.)
Payments
Payments are made the via Venmo at the beginning of the week once training starts.
